Chief, Website Operations
Advise Operations Director regarding strategic planning for websites including mission, vision and potential new stations. Develop website operational vision and provide guidance and supervision for the software developer/coder, trainer and website mission leaders. Maintain awareness of reach and effectiveness of websites to determine opportunities for enhancements. Interview, hire and terminate website operations personnel as appropriate. Advise Missionary Station Recruiter regarding opportunities to establish new websites to reach unserved mission fields. Assist in the evaluation of cultural and local communications and social dynamics to determine how best to reach and influence potential converts. Submit equipment and other resource requirements to the Operations Director and IT System Administrator, and mange distribution to and implementation at each station.
