The Chief Operational Officer will oversee day-to-day operations of Global Radio Outreach. He/she will oversee various departments and department heads, including the Technical Director, Radio Program Acquisition Director, Website Creation and Development, Internet Radio Station Creation and Development, Missions Research Director, chaplain, AdWords Analyst, Missionary Recruiter, etc.
He/she will be responsible to maintain staffing, schedules, facilities, etc. He/she will coordinate with Chief Executive Officer regarding; additional staffing needs, additional equipment or facility needs, progress on mission and vision, areas of potential mission expansion, as well as potential funding growth.
