1. Data Analyst: Engage in research by gathering and analyzing data, crafting formulas, utilizing data visualization software, and creating compelling presentations to inform organizational decisions.

2. Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites that effectively represent our organization and captivate our target audience for our Gospel engagement initiatives.

3. Software Development: Dive into coding, database management, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving within a dynamic and collaborative environment, ideally suited for those with a computer science background.

4. UI/UX Design / Research: Ensure optimal user experiences for our digital strategies, tools and products as we strive to facilitate encounters with Jesus through His Word.

5. Studio: Utilize audiovisual tools to craft content that communicates the story of OneHope, trains our global partners, and bolsters ministry efforts worldwide.

6. Marketing: Drive engagement through social media content creation, innovative communication methods, and diverse marketing strategies.

7. Graphic Design / Illustration: Collaboratively design graphics and illustrations to support internal teams in achieving their objectives and the development of Scripture-engagement materials.

8. Training Development: Contribute to the creative development of training resources to empower our global community in reaching young people effectively.

9. Project Management: Manage project plans related to program and training development with meticulous attention to detail and effective communication within a highly collaborative environment.

2. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through social media, creative writing, and video production to garner support and interest.

3. Partner Care: Cultivate reciprocal relationships with donors through reporting, data analysis, partner services, and event management.

4. Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strategic relationships with external and internal partners to advance GRO’s mission through effective communication and project management.
