Radio Content Librarian
Working under the Operations Director and in cooperation with the Chief of Radio Stations Operations and the Chief of Website Operations, this person will be responsible for the care, handling and placement of recorded radio programs, music, Bibles and other recorded material, which is kept for use on our radio stations and websites.
Those recordings will be kept in a dedicated computer called the ‘Content Server’. The librarian will be responsible to receive, process, prepare and store these recorded materials in their proper place in the ‘Content Server’. This involves making sure that it is properly named and marked before being placed there.
Some light audio editing can also be involved as in the case when a response address changes, forcing a change in the closing (outro) of the program.
He/she will also maintain an accurate catalog of the material kept in the library. We will train for this job.
