Develop lesson plans to train website mission leaders and other personnel on equipment use and maintenance, software operations and enhancements, localized program development and recording, trouble shooting and remedies. Train site personnel via video teleconferencing and by traveling to remote operating locations. Establish and maintain a list of frequently asked questions and answers for use by site personnel. Record and maintain online tutorials. Assist site staff with trouble shooting and implementing solutions through a live call-in or message-in support line. Enlist the assistance of the IT System Administrator when needed to resolve issues.
